California Licensed Corporate Counsel
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to technology and data in the healthcare sector Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations and support product and business teams with legal guidance Develop contract templates and assist in compliance efforts related to data privacy and healthcare regulations Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department Strong experience with healthcare technology contracts and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA Familiarity with privacy laws such as CCPA and GDPR Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or health tech company is preferred
