California Licensed Employee Relations Director
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of employee relations strategies and programs
Oversee investigations and resolution of complex employee issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Develop and track employee relations metrics to proactively address potential issues and optimize the employee experience
Required Qualifications
BS/BA and JD degree with 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 8 years managing a global employee relations team
Minimum 12 years of hands-on investigations experience, including employee interviews and data analysis
Experience with US employment laws and international labor practices
Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing teams
Proven ability to design and administer employee relations processes in a dynamic environment
