Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions Maintain accurate client records and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Licensed to practice in CA as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Experience in mental health counseling with proven ability to complete treatment plans High cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) is a plus
