Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the talent management experimentation and redesign strategy
Design and manage A/B tests on performance processes, workflows, and reporting
Lead the execution of the year-end performance management process, collaborating with various teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher is required
5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, or a related HR discipline
Hands-on experience designing and executing performance management strategies
Strong proficiency in Workday and Tableau
Track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from strategy to execution
