Call Center Advisor Tier 1
A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and resolving issues
Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions
Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and resolve problems creatively
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related call center
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with business applications and software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Must be able to work rotating Saturdays or be willing to work permanent Saturdays
