Call Center Advisor Tier 1
A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1 (Retail).
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues
Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and resolve problems creatively
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Familiarity with business applications and software, including Microsoft and Google Suites
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and manage high call volumes
Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues and self-manage responsibilities effectively
