Key Responsibilities Serve as direct member and provider contact for specialty pharmacy benefit information and prior authorization requests Support members in specialty management programs and coordinate prior authorizations and medication fulfillment Assist Specialty Clinical Pharmacists with patient outreach, medication adherence support, and administrative tasks Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a specialty pharmacy or managed care setting Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
