A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities Review and process changes on existing patient orders, ensuring all documentation is complete Verify insurance coverage and explain benefit information to patients and case managers Identify patient needs and provide solutions while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations Required Qualifications High school graduate A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a relevant field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Home Health/DME related experience preferred; knowledge of insurances is a plus Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
