Chief Revenue Officer

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to define growth strategy and lead action plans for annual revenue goals
Explore opportunities for logo expansion, partnerships, and optimize pricing and packaging for sales
Manage budgets, set quotas and incentives, and oversee reporting and team management
Required Qualifications
Experience leading organizations through a scale-up journey of 80 to 300 people
Proven ability to partner with a product-led founder CEO and mature revenue processes
Strong understanding of SaaS subscription metrics and data-driven growth strategies
Background in scaling Marketing and Sales organizations effectively
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and async communication
