A company is looking for a Client Service Associate. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients in a courteous, professional, accurate, and timely manner Identify product issues and resolve or escalate them while documenting all client interactions Develop strong working relationships across various teams and support new product launches and business initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; other majors considered with relevant interest Proven experience in a customer service role or contact center is a plus Exposure to the financial industry, banking, or commercial real estate is advantageous Experience with SalesForce or another CRM is preferred Basic understanding of finance and commercial real estate terminology is beneficial
