Client Success Analyst
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst (SaaS/Healthcare IT/EHR).
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
Analyze client data to identify trends and conduct regular check-ins for satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and manage concerns
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting with a technology-related minor preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success with proven Operations or Technical expertise
Experience in implementation and/or consulting within the healthcare vertical
Knowledge of EMR, Patient Engagement, Medical Billing, and Business Information & Analytics systems
Proactive and self-motivated with strong business acumen
