Cloud Engineering Tech Lead

A company is looking for an Integrated Service Delivery Tech Lead to oversee technical activities and support services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Key Responsibilities Oversee technical aspects of the ISD team, including troubleshooting and system modifications Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and manage team meetings Ensure systems and methodologies are in place for outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement Required Qualifications BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for degree Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role Preferred certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and familiarity with security policies Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
