Key Responsibilities Oversee technical aspects of the ISD team, including troubleshooting and system modifications Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery Manage and facilitate meetings while ensuring continuous improvement in technical skillsets Required Qualifications BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or master's with 10+ years; experience may substitute for degree Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role Certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and security policies Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
