Conference Call Coordinator
A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage the scheduling and prioritization of conference calls for quality patient management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and customers
Work with the management team to prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong telephone skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs
Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
