Insurance Specialist - Claims Resolution

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Physician Claims Follow Up). Key Responsibilities Resolve unpaid/denied claims using proprietary software, phone calls, and client systems Review medical documentation to determine the appropriate course of action for claim resolution Maintain familiarity with client preferences and meet monthly production and quality expectations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent At least one year of physician (CMS1500) accounts receivable experience preferred Knowledge of UB04/CMS 1500 claim forms, EOBs, and medical records preferred At least one year of experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EMR systems preferred Basic knowledge of computer functions and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
