Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative
A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance to customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts via phone and correspondence Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and manually handle accounts associated with business filings Ensure compliance with relevant laws and accurately document all collection activities in client systems Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred Ability to operate multiple technology systems simultaneously while engaging with customers
