A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance and resolve issues for customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts through phone calls and correspondence Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle inquiries from customers or attorneys Calculate pre-petition credits and create statements of account for proof of claim filing Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred Ability to operate multiple computer windows and tabs while engaging with customers
