A company is looking for a Senior Psychotherapist (LCSW) to provide remote mental health services in New York and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, micro, and group therapy services Maintain timely and accurate session notes and participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions Required Qualifications Must hold licenses to practice independently in New York and New Jersey Active and unrestricted state license; willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed Uphold HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws at all times Strong desire to work with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community Fluency in a second language or American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus
