Contact Center Associate Lead
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 (H) to serve as a team lead and assist in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting management and supervising staff
Handle escalated complaints and ensure team compliance with schedules and quality standards
Train new agents and maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
