Contracts Specialist

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist I to join their team in a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities Prepare drafts of CDAs/NDAs, Standalone Services Agreements, and Task Orders Manage the preparation, finalization, and execution of Amendments/Change Orders to executed contracts Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure timely contract finalization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Juris Doctor preferred, but not required 0-2 years of professional experience in contract drafting and negotiation or a similar legal-adjacent role Experience in the clinical/healthcare industry is a plus Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder management
