Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding process for new properties from deal closure to post-launch
Serve as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders, managing communications and expectations
Measure and improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and implementing process enhancements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, project management, or operations
Strong project management skills with a proven track record in cross-functional initiatives
Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively
Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled services environment
A genuine desire to create great experiences for partners and internal teams
