A company is looking for a PB Coding Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily coding functions and monitor departmental KPIs Assist in the onboarding and coaching of new caregivers, and manage corrective action plans Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve Medical Group objectives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist - Physician) certification required Demonstrated experience in professional fee coding, including Evaluation & Management (E/M) services required Preferred minimum of two years of professional fee coding experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Previous Epic experience preferred
