Credit Processor

A company is looking for a Credit Processor I. Key Responsibilities Process undistributed and credit transactions through assigned work queues or reports according to department workflows Maintain department's current Completed Account Contribution totals and ensure accuracy on audit reviews Review and process insurance refund request letters and returned refunds for resolution Required Qualifications and Education High school diploma required One year of revenue cycle work experience preferred Prior account analysis, credit resolution, billing, and/or insurance follow-up experience preferred Working knowledge of insurance payor remittances and Epic system helpful Ability to work independently under supervision
