Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of the NextGen FIRST federal demonstration grant and other divisional initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with regulations Monitor project progress, prepare reports for funding agencies, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications Experience with employment services programs Proficiency in managing grant-funded projects and ensuring compliance with funding requirements Knowledge of Child Support Enforcement program services Experience working with justice-involved populations Grant management certification or relevant policy development and program management experience preferred
