Critical Situation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of client services, marketing, or sales experience
Knowledge of CDK products, departments, and business strategy
Strong collaboration and multi-tasking skills
Ability to analyze situations and determine appropriate courses of action
