Critical Situation Manager
A company is looking for a Critical Situation Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-risk customers and coordinate communication during significant outages
Facilitate escalations and ensure resolution by collaborating with various departments
Engage with dealers to improve perceptions and promote CDK services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related experience
5+ years of client services, marketing, or sales experience
Knowledge of all CDK products, software, and internal processes
Ability to work across all levels of the dealership
Strong multi-tasking and collaboration skills
