A company is looking for a Customer Advocate I to support Transportation Providers with exceptional customer service and trip coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Transportation Providers with inquiries, schedules, and trip modifications or cancellations
Document complaints, incidents, and provider concerns according to procedures
Support documentation of trip corrections, cancellations, and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Zero (0) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently or collaboratively and quickly learn new technology and processes
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes with professionalism
