A company is looking for a Product Support Technician. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot coach systems and provide repair and maintenance support Assist customers with warranty claims and familiarize them with maintenance procedures Maintain call logs and document customer issues to ensure resolution Required Qualifications Technical background in coach, bus, or heavy-duty vehicles Proven customer service experience Preferred experience in a call center environment Familiarity with MS Office products Availability for some weekend or after-hours support
