A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- Mid Shift. Key Responsibilities Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner Provide high-level customer service and maintain quality work that aligns with company values Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment Experience with benefits management and knowledge of COBRA is highly preferred Availability for training and to work mid-shift hours after training Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
