Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process and strategy
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and credit union policies
Conduct new hire orientation and manage recruitment and onboarding budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
2 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
Proven success in sourcing and evaluating candidates
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite products
