Customer Solutions Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical expert and partner in the customer onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve technical wins while understanding competitive solutions and positioning product strengths
Own the end-to-end execution of POCs, including scoping, planning, deployment, and results measurement
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Safety, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales engineering, project management, or systems engineering
Ability to quickly learn and understand various camera systems and network security technologies
Experience managing large-scale technical integrations cross-functionally
Familiarity with safety programs and workplace safety metrics
