Data Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing
A company is looking for a Data Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the analyst embedded on the lifecycle team to deliver insights that influence roadmap and messaging decisions
Define and maintain core KPIs related to customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
Own end-to-end dashboard development to inform lifecycle campaign performance and marketing impact
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in data analytics, focusing on CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, Tableau, or Hex for data analysis and visualization
Deep understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and LTV modeling
Experience in A/B testing and translating findings into strategy
Familiarity with ETL frameworks and collaboration with data engineers
