A company is looking for a Sleep Supply Specialist to provide customer service and product information to patients and providers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary patient point of contact for inbound and outbound sales/service calls Achieve sales targets and ensure accurate order fulfillment and patient billing communication Educate patients on sleep therapy and upsell items to enhance their experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required 6 months to one year of inside sales and/or customer service experience Previous healthcare experience Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
