Customer Success Associate Manager
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Success for the MM / SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and develop Customer Success Managers to enhance customer outcomes and identify training needs
Implement strategies to improve customer activation, retention, and satisfaction while meeting performance metrics
Advocate for team and customer needs by identifying process improvements and collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role
1-3 years of management experience or proven leadership in mentoring teams
Preferred knowledge of real estate
Experience engaging with C-level customers to drive business relationships
Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving customer success environment
