Senior Employee Relations Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries regarding employee relations issues and provide guidance for resolution Lead investigations on complex employee relations matters and manage claims with external agencies Develop and update policies related to employee relations and provide training to staff Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations Advanced knowledge of employment law, preferably in a multi-state environment Experience managing high-risk employee-related cases and interactions with legal counsel Ability to conduct investigations and negotiate settlements effectively Experience training and guiding HR staff on employee relations matters
