A company is looking for a Customer Success Coach to provide coaching to their CreatorU Coaching customer base. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the coaching team to understand individual customer needs and expertise Assist with product creation and setup in SamCart and Typeset, including digital products Manage and participate in the coaching community space, engaging with customers as needed Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of SAAS experience in customer success or service capacity Experience in a fast-growing and changing environment Ability to work across departments to foster collaboration Proven record of success in a goal-oriented environment Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems with a bias for action
