Principal Contract Manager
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Manager, Strategic Accounts. Key Responsibilities Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive account growth and execute the contract renewal process Mentor less experienced Contract Managers and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in contract or renewal management or a similar role Experience working with Legal teams on complex contract specifications Experience with large organizations (200+ employees) Demonstrated ability to consistently over-perform against targets and metrics Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously and strategically
