Customer Success Director
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead and grow their customer success function.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow the Customer Success team, providing strategic and operational leadership
Establish strong relationships with customers to enhance utilization and adoption of solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track expansion metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SMB and/or enterprise businesses, preferably in healthcare technology
3+ years in a customer success leadership role or similar customer-facing position
Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex software solutions effectively
Basic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is a plus
