Customer Support Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - West Coast Hours. Key Responsibilities: Perform set-up and configurations within the platform to activate new client accounts Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and manage customer account activation implementations Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development teams to represent customer needs Required Qualifications: Must be open to working multiple rotating West Coast hour shifts Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience; major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data Exceptional organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or customer support role is a plus
