Dealer Configuration Specialist

A company is looking for a Dealer Configuration Specialist to ensure successful launch configurations for Dealer Partner Programs. Responsibilities Build a collaborative team environment with open communication Partner with Dealer Onboarding Specialists to resolve Dealer Partner needs and escalate issues as necessary Provide technical consultation and insights on integration and configuration of products to Dealer Partners and internal teams Qualifications 3-5 years experience with SaaS solutions, APIs, JSON, and website programming 2-3 years experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations roles preferred Proven experience with API calls and reading/writing JSON, XML, CSS, and HTML Familiarity with car dealership business models preferred Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
