A company is looking for a Dealer Configuration Specialist to ensure successful launch and configuration of Dealer Partner Programs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Dealer Onboarding Specialists to address Dealer Partner needs and escalate issues as necessary Provide technical consultation and insights on integration and configuration of products to Dealer Partners and internal teams Develop documentation and best practices for onboarding and maintaining Dealer Partner programs Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience with SaaS solutions, APIs, JSON, and website programming 2-3 years of experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations roles preferred Proven experience with API calls and proficiency in JSON, XML, CSS, and HTML Familiarity with car dealership business models preferred Experience with visual modeling and tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Postman considered an asset
