Dental Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
Resolve complaints, appeals, and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to service level guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a medical/dental office or customer support role
Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology and diagnosis/procedure coding preferred
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must have high-speed internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
