Dental Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit information and follow HIPAA guidelines to protect member health information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office
Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology and diagnosis coding preferred but not required
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, work from home environment
