Membership Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for a Membership Accounting Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Manage eligibility and enrollment procedures for various health products and lines of business Ensure accurate and timely data entry of enrollments and reconciliation of member accounts Respond to customer inquiries regarding enrollments and ID cards, and maintain confidentiality of member information Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience and/or knowledge of Facets preferred A minimum of 3 years' experience in data entry, customer service, enrollment, billing, and reconciliation preferred Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Ten key proficiency and typing proficiency preferred
