A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs and behaviors of scientists using digital platforms Design user interfaces and prototypes that simplify complex information, ensuring user-friendliness and alignment with brand guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and maintain a consistent user experience across digital touchpoints Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms, particularly with enterprise content management systems (CMS) Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other UX/UI tools such as Miro and Axure Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies Ability to understand complex scientific concepts and translate them into user-centered designs
