Claims Operations Team Leader
A company is looking for a Claims Team Leader. Key Responsibilities: Oversee claims adjudication and assist in the absence of the Claims Supervisor Support training, mentoring, and coaching of Claims Operations staff Act as a subject matter expert for escalated claims issues and coordinate system testing Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Three or more years of experience in a managed care claims environment Strong working knowledge of medical terminology, CPT4, HCPCS, ICD10 coding sets, and HIPAA regulations Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals Pre-employment background check required
