A company is looking for a Director, AI Solution Partners - Operations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to guide prioritization and investment decisions Collaborate with AI&D and Lab teams to implement and validate AI solutions for critical challenges Ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions, driving measurable outcomes and scalability Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree with 4 years, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field preferred 10+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries Deep domain expertise in biopharma Operations and at least 3 years of AI experience in this domain Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, and understanding of data ecosystems
