A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Global Diagnostics Pathways and Policy. Key Responsibilities Act as a central expert on diagnostic coverage and affordability across business units and global teams Develop and implement global strategies to enhance diagnostic access and eliminate affordability barriers Oversee sponsored testing activities and ensure integration of diagnostic insights into launch planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in market access and/or policy within the diagnostics field Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis Preferred: 6+ years of diagnostic market access experience Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D. or MS/MBA) and strong network within the diagnostic ecosystem
