A company is looking for a Director, Identity and Access Management to oversee IAM platforms and ensure security and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead the administration and optimization of Workforce IAM, IGA, and PAM platforms Oversee service management for IAM platforms and develop policies for IAM processes Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate IAM initiatives and prepare reports for senior management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field Possession or progress towards certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL Minimum of nine years of experience in systems administration and security Extensive experience in managing IAM programs in a leadership role Excellent leadership and team management skills
