A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (NY License). Key Responsibilities Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan development Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending drug therapy changes as necessary Oversee daily activities of support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required Must be a licensed Pharmacist in New York 1+ years of experience preferred but not required Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and specialty medications is preferred Commitment to obtaining any additional necessary licensure within an agreed timeframe
