Key Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition efforts across clinical and non-clinical roles, evolving the recruiting strategy and team structure
Build and improve recruiting operations, including sourcing strategies, interview processes, and performance monitoring
Enhance employer branding and develop talent pipelines through collaboration with marketing and people teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth healthcare or tech-enabled companies
Strong understanding of clinical and corporate/technical recruiting practices
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and systems
Proven analytical skills to inform strategy and optimize performance
