A company is looking for a Partner Alliance Manager, Community Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with strategic HR advisory partners to influence new business opportunities
Drive alignment between sales teams and advisory firms to identify shared opportunities
Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline and collaborate with sales leadership
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
Proven track record of working with advisory firms to drive pipeline and sales outcomes
Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and third-party advisor influence
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to track partner activities
Self-motivated and organized, able to operate in a fast-paced environment
