Escalation Response Specialist
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist IV to manage complex complaints and escalations from members or providers. Key Responsibilities Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels Maintain relationships between departments to ensure effective issue resolution Document and respond to all assigned complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required 4+ years of related experience required Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience Experience in a Supervisor or Lead role is highly preferred Preferred experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Long Term Care
