Exhibitor Services Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Exhibitor Services Support Specialist responsible for managing exhibitor service orders and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with exhibitors to understand their goals and provide tailored lead solutions
Process sales transactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records in the CRM system
Provide remote technical support for app-only events and coordinate logistics for smooth event operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
0 - 2 years of customer service experience in a sales operations environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with backend administration in Smartsheet and knowledge of DotDigital email marketing suite is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and management
