Your responsibilities include providing guidance to junior artists, delivering high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and animation work, and leveraging your technical expertise to create immersive walkthrough animations. Your ability to interpret architectural plans, utilize advanced software, and present your work effectively will be essential in this role.Responsibilities:Assist junior team in creative efforts.Model, render, and possibly animate projects.Report to PM daily efforts.Utilize rendering software such as Corona, and Unreal Engine to create immersive 3D walkthrough animations.Proficiently use 3D modeling programs, including SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other compatible software, to support animation creation.Read and interpret architectural plans to ensure accurate representation in 3D animations.Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in the development of walkthrough animations for architectural projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferredStrong understanding of architectural renderings, 3D modeling, and visualization processes.Proficient in using Unreal Engine 5, 3Ds Max, Corona, SketchUp and/or other similar rendering software.Be able to read and understand architectural plans from PDFs, CAD Files and Revit files.Has great presentation skills when it comes to walkthrough animations for architectural projects.Has a keen eye and great attention to detail.Knowledgeable in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management tools and software.Team Support:This position will work closely with Sr & Jr. Project Manager, Chief Operating Officer and CEO to ensure alignment and execution of projects.Compensation:Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)Flexible pay-per-project arrangementApplication Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the role via this link ? https://www.rndrvsn.co/interview-page565826
