Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service Promote best practices and manage workloads to enhance team performance and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers while utilizing technology to improve service quality Required Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years related claims experience Experience with federal claims including Defense Base Act (DBA), Longshore, and War Hazard Recovery Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled Knowledge of team member related functions
